Coquito (Spanish Eggnog)

Today i am going to teach you all how to make Coquito (Spanish Eggnog) perfect for the holiday season.

First lets get all of our Ingredients which call for:

2 egg yolks (beaten)
1/2 cup of water
1 (12 Ounce) can of evaporated milk 
1( 14 ounce) can of cream of coconut
1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1(14 ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

And most importantly:
1/2 cup of white rum

Sounds like a great time already doesn't it?
10 minute Prep time, 15 minute cook time, and ready in 25 minutes.

In the top of a double boiler, combine egg yolks and evaporated milk. Stirring constantly, cook over lightly simmering water until mixture reaches a temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). The mixture should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
Transfer mixture to a blender, and add cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, rum, water, cloves, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend for about 30 seconds. Pour into glass bottles and chill overnight.
